We have an extensive menu that includes a variety of seasonal starters, meats, and fish dishes, as well as our delicious roasts, prepared daily. Don't miss the suckling pig—tender, juicy, and crispy—as well as the Castilian Lamb, traditionally roasted with only water and salt, following a tradition dating back to Roman times.

High season : every Saturday of the year, February 22 and 23, March 22 to 31, May 1 to 4, October 31 to November 2, December 5 to 8


Medium season : all Fridays of the year outside of peak season; July and August, except peak season Saturdays

Low season: Rest of the year.
